Before everyone's favourite current Spanish band from Palma, Mallorca, Orden Mundial, changed their name in 2011, they were known since 2008 as Cop De Fona (which translates from Catalan as "Kidney Blow"...). As Cop De Fona they released 3 7"s, which you will find here and 1 compilation tape, which you won't find here.
So, Orden Mundial are in their tenth year as a band! 2 of their 7"s were self-released, as was the compilation tape. The other 7" was put out by a combination of 9 labels.
It's raw, it's energetic, it's real, it's distinctly Spanish hardcore punk.
Band members have also played in: Errör (who were probably influenced by From Ashes Rise / His Hero Is Gone et al), Usura (D-Beat with a mix of shrieked and hoarse vocals), Trau (Unhinged and off-kilter, fast yet melodic, shouted yet sneered, hardcore yet different, noisy yet audible and out of tune yet banging out the tunes)and III Guerra (Hardcore punk with 'delay-heavy' vocals, or to us lot, it's right echoey).
Here are the 3 7"s recorded between 2008-2010:
Cop De Fona - Cop De Fona (7'') [2008]
Cop De Fona - Estafats I Traïts (7'') [2010]
Cop De Fona - Instint De Venjança (7'') [2010]
Sidenote: Estafats I Traïts (7'') is in .wav files, it still plays fine on my computer though. Hopefully yours doesn't have problems.
